...en after clearing it and submitting onboarding form the job is not in your hand. They can remove you anytime based on their wish giving meaning less reasons inspite of offering very less salary which is not fixed and your job is to give demo to students and make them purchase the course. You don't get salary until you make the student join the classes. The salary is very less but they want graduates teachers. No value for education they just give preference to your communication skills.

The managers are really supportive and also promote internally when they observe you doing well. There's a lot to learn everyday as there are various projects ongoing which test and challenge you to become a better version of yourself.
