They do lots of partiality especially when you come from Tamil background the people or higher departments who is also from Tamil Nadu they doing lots of partiality and injustice to the people who come from other states. And when comes to HR(Ritesh Ranjan) one of the waste HR manager I ever know. He do lots of bitching about female employees. Be careful about it. And Tamil manager will give more preference to the Lots of Tamil people. If you not come Tamil bf you are out. It became mini Tamil Nadu in Bangalore. And the CEO of the company don’t know what is happening in the company. He doesn’t bother about employees and he only need sales. Most if the higher authority left the job bcz of partiality happening. Please careful While joining this organisation I don’t recommend. One more thing they give lots of dry promotions to make you stay in job. Once they find you enjoying while doing work they give you PIP without notice. No Sundays off guys be careful. You have to work even in weekends....Read More
