I like playshifu company because I love learning and skill develope product.And job security is the best part and every year appraisal,also sallery and incentives is the best part in source of income in this company.

Dislikes

One thing which is I want to dislike of this company.that thing is no promotiona is this company because I am working in playshifu last 4.5 years but yet no promotion so this is one dislike thing

Nothing..... No appraisal, failed to provide commitment. No work balance.

Dislikes

Worst Management of GT Sale after January. They do not know how to develop and sustain the market. No appraisal does not give what they committing, at the time of appraisal, they lay off the employee. they did not solve the problem they blem only. Do not join this worst management otherwise, you will get lost your time. the layoff at any time to the employee.

There was so much pressure. So much judgement. There was way too much stress around perfection.

Dislikes

It is absolutely relentless. Leadership sucks. They don't care about their employees or their lives or their mental health.
