...did not gave me my relieving letter on time. They were very rude and respectful. If you are considering working for this type of company, make sure you check your offer letter and salary structure carefully because they do not specify your fixed net salary amount and many things. They are very cunning and they will deceive you with nice words and take everything from you.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
