Nothing was good

Dislikes

The expenses for fieldwork was far more than the salary and in 8 months I did spent about 2 lakhs on field visit and did not received a single paisa return and the presure level was to high. Being in sale it is too difficult to perform for a company whose marketing budget is almost zero.

The company didn't pay my TA/DA as per the agreement and when I asked them to they didn't consider it. I worked for a month and a half , invested my money to travel to my allocated places to make dealers daily but they are still not ready to pay me. I have suffered a loss and I and extremely dissatisfied with this company. I strongly recommend you not to waste your energy working here because I have seen others too suffering due o the ill practices of the company of deductions in the salary and non payment of TA/DA. The worst corporate experience I've ever had.

... hire random people to get money from distributors and never send their product. The didn't even release salary until you made a distributor. They never pay you your full salary. Just let you roam in market on your own money and finally one day they will not respond to you and you have to pay distributor money because they don,t know the company.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
