The company is open to give more space for the employees like taking wfh's & leaves. They doesn't bother about when do you work or how much time you spent on the task,only requires whether you reached the deadlines or not :D happy to say this. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds & we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths & fails to utilize the employee properly,which made me to take back my suggestions most of the times. Seems to look positive at initial stage but later on no action will be implemented. work done seems to be unnoticed most of the times mainly at appraisal time. The appraisal will be another shock to take. :D but i love my work & the company by excluding the appraisal. :D
