Team Outings, Snacks breaks, people use to help while growing. Collaborated work culture which is very good for peaceful relationship between Developers, Devops & Testers. Flexible timings. You can learn a lot as the company is growing and helping employees.

1. No job security, 2. No work life balance, 2. Especially utter waste for Married couples as the company will ruin your personal work life balance. 3. No Appreciation for completion of any work, they just drive the whole company like working like hell and die. 4. They don't care about yourself and they just want you to work till you die. 5. No proper leaves & no planning of work based on the employee needs. 6. HR activities and Rules will be designed for Cornering employee and they don't support for the benifits of the employee. 7. You will get BP, Back Pain, mental health issues, High stress, Sleep disorders after working in this company. 8. No planning, No proper Sprint planning, Always production issues will be there, No proper Stories, no proper requirements, Mainly No proper Management team & no proper leadership team.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
