...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Mediclaim policy is good. Work from home available as per emergency only the depends opon your managar.

Worst leadership. No working culture and bad policy. No increment at all. Not reward for hardwork and skill. Only chatu people are get growth.

Management poor. No process. No commnication. No policy. Overnight decision that to be follow blind. HR not interact total useless. No support. Only Vishal sir care. People out tarhet not met. Too bad culture

Working at Plantix Agritech was an great experience for me, there was a lot which I came to know and learn about various things. I was able to learn about business more better than any top MBA college Professor can teach ever, Plantix company has a best online platform available, everything is managed properly and on an online system, which I loved the most and was most helpful during this covid pandemic.

Dislikes

The idea of the company is great but the growth is slow. There is lack of cooperation in the working members of the company. Most of the times I have to call more than 40 retailers a day, and most of the times the response from the retailers i.e the customers is not good as because customers are those who are the owners of the Agro Shop and they are also busy in looking after customers who come to their shop, during this time calling them via phone call disturbs them and customers at their shop. Also most of the team members have less knowledge about the Agriculture sector.
