Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

We were like family/best friends whoever came their. We kept the atmosphere lively but due to late salary and deductions everyone left .Best teams made have been broken by management by its own mistakes and rude behavior.

Salary never on time.Sometimes a month or even two months late.No innovation.Management will never take your suggestion and if you give any then they will consider you stupid with stupid suggestion.No job security ,you can be thrown out anytime if you do not perform.Feels too boring after working for 2-3 months maximum that too requires a lot of patience. I will not be purely negative about the company. The positive side is that if you will give business then you will be taken to events in the presence of bollywood stars. I got chance to be the part of an even when i was there. Rest depends on you whether you want your career or not as nothing is positive in case of career development.
