The CEO is so unprofessional, he doesn't know how to run a business. Doing micromanagement and company hires you for different role but once you enter the company you will be assigned to sales position.

The founder and the management are really unprofessional. Its like they are running any kind of traditional shop. The founder always tries to con the investors and treats employees as if they are slave to his company.
