...kingExpert, it has been a wonderful experience dealing with the kids and adults. Even, they pay us on time. The process is transparent I am very happy working here.

There's nothing as such that I dislike about the company as the people working here have been always nicer to me.

I like to work here because we have enough opportunities here to do our passion and earn a good salary if we are ready to work hard.People are friendly and most of the times I have got the solutions to my queries. We can work whenever we want to work except the enrolled classes.So, no work load.

Dislikes

The only thing that I don't like here is cutting from the salary in the name of tax though the amount is less and for the demo classes also we sometimes get less amounts.

The work is totally flexible and there is no pressure built on the employees. Everyone here is so helpful and understanding. I admire the fact that they have a systematic interface to carry out every task.

...ible, you still have to adjust and compromise as per the clients of PlanetSpark. It doesn’t really come with a good salary as the extra work you do which can lead for you to conduct a session isn’t paid at all. The salary for conducting a session isn’t upto the worth honestly.

Salary.. they give around 200 rs for conducting a demo they say but not all times,, it depends on the time like for how much time you conduct the demo Most of the time they pay 75 rs for conducting the demo outside PS classroom..N sometimes it gets to 50 rs for an hour.. Now its not our fault if the customer isn't able to join using the link or they are not able to switch On the Audio n Video... Now knowing you ll get only 50 rs for an hour who wants to conduct the class outside classroom?? But we are not left with any option.. If we cancel it they will reduce the ratings... With this we always have to take photos or screenshot as a proof that the demo is conducted on the classroom or outside the classroom.. So just imagine how irritating n frustrating it is.. Also we are not just conducting the demo,, infact booking the demo then making phone calls to parents confirmation n cancellation is our duty.. they say part-time but its Full time.. Also wenever a demo gets cancelled obviously its becoz of the customer,, they cut our points or ratings you can say.. so basically its a slave job.. even a house maid or a labour earns more than us just working for 4 hours a day..

Nothing seriously. No fix pay. Students give fake information and rarely anyone picks up calls and many time even insults you.

For a demo they give 50-120 rs and rarely you can get a successful demo.. Calling people and being insulted by them is the job tbh.
