I dislike everything at planet spark....they make people work more than 10hrs.....and if you don't meet the expectations they will deduct your salary and even if you're present at office they will mark absent .....worst company ever....worst than byjus. DONT JOIN.... PLANET SPARK IS A SCAM!!!

Everything. This company only knows how to disrespect its employees. They don't pay people, force people to post positive reviews, and threaten them for non-payment every single day.

Planetspark flexible timing attracts me the most as it helps me to maintain work life balance in my life very well

However the compensation policy is very good but can be improved a bit to make it excellent

For fresher's, it's a very good start off for them with a very decent/good Pay scale. Work culture is good with hectic schedule sometimes as per the work load. Honestly I've personally learnt a lot and it's a personal grooming for me I would say. So overall it's a wonderful experience. Fresher's can give it a try for sure at least for a good start off,

Worst of all companies, they will fool you by showing this hefty salary around 6 to 7 but they will not give you more than 20k in hand for 4 months , almost all of the people leave within 3 months of joining.Therefore they hire almost all of them if you apply. You will have to generate revenues of 1 lakh to get the CTC that too only 30k in hand from the churn leads that never gets converted. Work culture is toxic AF they will make you say that you will be a so called Senior academic counselor and fool other people.The company is in huge and had got funding but after it ends it will fire people. Please donot join this company.They didn't even pay my first salary.
