One of the best things about PlanetSpark is its positive and collaborative work culture. The leadership is approachable, and I always felt encouraged to ask questions and take initiative. This internship not only improved my communication and interpersonal skills but also gave me real-world exposure to HR operations.

However, there were a few challenges as well. The workload could get overwhelming at times, especially during peak hiring periods, and the work hours were sometimes longer than expected. Additionally, clearer guidelines on certain tasks would have made the learning process smoother.

Trainers or you can say team managers are worst not even help you nor never understands you or your emotions totally time wasting company they want you to work for them like idiots listen to their stupidities and then they will not offer you your salary after declaring you as absconded & there are some female managers who will use abusive language with you also if you ask them your problem
