Absolutely worst place to work at No respect for the employees They hunt for freshers every week and trap them in 2 years contract hiring freshers for less salary and don't give them Up raisal Only 15 leaves per year including public holidays Toxicity is at peak in this company Before joining here just ask the employees here Everyone will say that the company is crap Staying unemployed is better than joining this company If u are late for 2 minutes they will cut salary

...f project manager. HR director only say we are family but not treated as family. Salary is not in planedge scope. Salary done by client which is not on time. After joining in planedge we are not planedge staff and not client staff we are in between nobody respect you. Working hrs are 10hr but they are not pay you like that. Overall to much bad company.

Still struggling to implement their own SOP within staff..middle management fails to promote subordinate staff..many staff members are not supporting company policies..honest efforts of MD Sir..
