The worst ever management, with low education and knowledge. Zero career growth. Pathetic salary. Politics at incentive distribution. Much more which cannot be described.

...e speed than wt we are working at office. In office it wad good becoz of LAN . And the other thing is about increment and compensations. Some people has not got a compensation given by the company including me . Thanks for your support

Spatialnet problems. Doubts are not clarified clearly. Too busy shedules for TL's. Please reduce the work load from TL 's so they can interact with employees. Kindly dont judge the employees by his number of jobs. We are doing SDU N+0 and so on jobs nd the higher team is comparing us with others. If you people give us only span replacements we can also complete min of 6 to 8 jobs a day. This is the serious issue kindly note. This problem is creating us lack of incentives nd increment as compared with others.

Exactly 2015 to 2019 Company growth was high got more profit but they won't give salary as equivalent to profile (low increment every year), no opportunity for employees in pixel, more partiality and pixel stop hire other states peoples. Their is no facility provide by pixel for employees..

Management says why they should pay More salary to senior employees. When fresher employees are cheaply available. No job security at pixelsoftek.

Pixel softek will never allow the senior employees to servaive in their organisation.
