Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Dislikes

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced

...ated on employee Because corporate team supporting to that foolish employee. After resigning from job, HR stop your salary immediately. That means company hold your two months salary for last month & notice period month. Requesting to don't join this company. If you are needy person, then join with high salary rise.... Team is supportive. Management is good. Salary hike decent.

HR team is very very arrogant and Not supporting. No clear communication by HR. In this organisation only HR team is very useless. They are working like owners of this organisation.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
