Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Dislikes

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced

They treated you very nice during joining only..

Dislikes

...kup your calls also. In my 12 yrs carrier I found very third class organisation. Most importantly ask for salary breakup when you got offer from this company. They cheated most of the times.
