Not a single things ..... Based on my current experience.... Not about the company you will like....

Dislikes

Not appreciate regarding your work... Not promoted... Salary & benefits are not at all acceptable... In your letter showing that you will get 26000/- salary but after completion of one month you will get only 20 or 21 thousand.... Double side PF deduction....And also this things not mention in your offer letter.... That is a big crime... Mentorship not available... Empowerment is very less. Trust issue between engineer & manager.... Not valued there employee Involvement in precious work is not available.... Only they are using a your time....And your future growth will be reduced

They treated you very nice during joining only..

Dislikes

...kup your calls also. In my 12 yrs carrier I found very third class organisation. Most importantly ask for salary breakup when you got offer from this company. They cheated most of the times.

That means company hold your two months salary for last month & notice period month. Requesting to don't join this company. If you are needy person, then join with high salary rise.... I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
