Office is full of politics and favourism for promotions. If you want to grow and of young age or in starting of your career better do not join.

I have joined as a trainee , so I didnt get that much benefits as staffs of emerson . Work culture is good as all my colleagues are good and helpful in many ways in clarifying doubts .

... over time charges even for company staffs as there is no HR policies it seems . Company provides holiday for weekend , but if some Saturday may work but there would be no salary for working on saturday .
