Dhfl is really worst, Though I was working for a Third party, From Telecaller to Team Leader and then Assistant operation Manger, You won't believe my salary was only 25000/-, I'm not ashamed to say my salary because I work hard there for 5 years, No good appraisals, Bad company culture. Clients, My Ex boss they were aware of my salary but they didn't hike my salary, Instead they ware living lavish life, My and other employees curse was there that's what DHFL shares got down and te company got shut downed.

I dislike the company culture, salary, and the third party owner, I suggest Kindly enquire before working.

Good to work in Piramal if it is equal or above manager level. Everything you do is transparent and visible at HO level.

Job security depends on the manager, but the company is not a hire and fire model. Salary for Ground level employees is not upto the mark.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely

Salary , which comes on time and incentives structures are good. The HR are friendly, gives priority to our problems.

Arrogant bosses who thinks they are always right. No matter the situation they are always right.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is not decent. Career growth is slow.
