Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

The company has good culture within and comes with great inovative ideas which help me to accept new challenges that gives progress in my growth and knowledge. Company's environment is friendly within employees and my colleagues which comes from different places though they are very co-operative and understandable with me.

Dislikes

Company food in canteen is not good as it is used to be. Salary cuttings are little bit high.

Good to work in Piramal if it is equal or above manager level. Everything you do is transparent and visible at HO level.

Job security depends on the manager, but the company is not a hire and fire model. Salary for Ground level employees is not upto the mark.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely
