Job security depends on the manager, but the company is not a hire and fire model. Salary for Ground level employees is not upto the mark.

Yes it's very bad,infact HR also very rude during the interview,only hire low salary staff doesn't matter knowledgeable or not.. Only worst people can get a job here.. And please remove the HR he behave like a owner continuously behave rudely

I have been working for 6 years but I have not seen my Mumbai office yet.Even though the company is not staffed, the c & f agent has come into the Mumbai office and was saddened to learn that the company provided the facility.

Company policies are good , they can developed a new skills through new business plan .

There is a lots of politics and salary is not good according to your working skills . They are putting a so much pressure about your Target achievement .
