... months to provide mask & sanitizers which was ridiculous by any organisation. 6- Company is not paying the salary properly from october. October they paid half salary after delay of 10+ days & Novemebr salary is not yet credited & the authorities said it will be delayed atleast for a week.. Concluding - It was really bad how piramal treated employees during this pandemic.. Very upset with hoe they are handling it now..

It's work culture particularly in Aspirational Districts Program is very employee friendly where senior managers are not coercive,but supportive.

. There is unequal salary previleges for same position. Please negotiate properly or else who will find people draw more than that you negotiated

I like Piramal's work culture, it's values, job security, timely salary to all the employees and great work life balance.

If you want to be promoted or a good appraisal then this company is not that much good. Very bad in this catagory otherwise all good.

... Skills cannot be improved instead your existing skills will not be used either. Compensation wise it is not good at all. Too much internal politics, although it is invisible yet you can feel it in appraisals.

It offers a flexible approach to work with performance tagged to deliverables and adequate coaching and peer learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The compensation structure, project-based working, and 6-days a week is the downside however the assumption at recruitment and induction is that one is making an informed choice while engagement.
