Good some people, moreover some of the people are playing politics. To keep pressure on. The higher officers will not ask the questions for what happening in his job role the day, directly the decision by listening other people and they removed from the job

This company using present Ethernet and GPON technology. The company supported some days work from home after that doing from office its necessary because its field work. This is broadband service, in this new connections given and complaints also resolved with ppe ( mask,glosses,sanitizers). Maximum Complaints completed in phone call otherwise we went customer flats.

not only pioneer elabs , broadband service is risk to technician in this covid virus pandemic time.

It is a place where we can aquire the knowledge and behaviour of the customer. Known fact we give backend support for entire company due to which we can improve our talking skills and how to maintain relationships with client. I improved anger management skills in this company.

I was disappointed with the hike and leaves.... We have only 4 offs in entire month.
