CAD training and Onsite third party payroll deploying institute. Poor job satisfaction and compensation. Do not let you escape from company without adding difficulties.

Poor job satisfaction and compensation is also low. Don't relieve easily if you want to leave the company.

As a fresher we can learn many things, for interns & GET this could be one of better opportunity to get an understanding & knowledge at an entry level.

Dislikes

Even though it is one of better places as an intern or GET, but hard to find a career growth since the only option there is to work as an outsourcing employee at client location for a certain contract period for a very basic salary. And the administration & management is self centred rather than caring about employees basic needs.

I really thank for giving an opportunity to start my carrier with product design and development. Also pioneer design provide good work environment and technical leads. This place where we can get excellent knowledge in the field of automotive design.

growth of the company is slow and there is no job security.

The company is very good. My teammates are very helpful.our director gives us suggestion time to time and we always give our best to company.

Sometimes I have to take back my suggestions due to my seniors.
