Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company has paid full salaries and benefits even during Covid Period. Salary is usually released by 10th of every month. The Promoters are hard working and no nonsense people. They expect sincerity and honesty. There is Sick Leave, Privileged Leave, Casual Leave, Certain no of allowed late comings, Leeways per month. Company consistently gives bonus every Diwali period. If you do good work you get noticed very soon and that could be very fruitful.

Laying off employee with immediate affect even after having 2years of employment agreement without any reason. Less man power in each department and toxic work culture.

This place is not for professional candidate's

Dislikes

Hiring System is very worst. HR policy is very worst & I have worked there for very short period but which seems to be a year. Even there is no week off for employees no casual leave & paid leave even if u go for medical leave or any other there will be a pay cut and no social Security benefits over there. Employer is sucking the professional as well as personal life of employees. Suggest anyone who want to join here enquired properly otherwise you will be trapped.

Dislikes

This company is like a prison, but with free food and no perks or benefits. I've never worked for a company that has made me feel so trapped. I'm expected to work seven days a week, with no sick leave or casual leave. It's like I'm living in a never-ending nightmare. Please tell me, is this what freedom looks like?

The environment over there is very good and all the staff are very friendly and helpfull to each other.. specially the plant manager is very helpful and have a positive behavior towards the staff...

Dislikes

I had an issue towards the job timing as I stay in a bit distance from the office so it gets a quite difficult for me while returning to home..
