CTC is too vivid and comes with great variable part. Medical insurance isnt there. Niche product, can be a strong point or challenging one to keep up with.

Politics within the company, in my opinion, is undesirable. However, it serves as a learning opportunity, as understanding industry dynamics is crucial. Only a select few possess the skill to discern when, what, and to whom to communicate effectively. Engaging in such dynamics provides valuable lessons.

...to your face but play politics behind your back. 3. Salary and benefits are NIL. There are unnecessary salary cuts every month in the name of performance rating in which a rating is given to you out of 10 based on several factors. No matter what you do they always find a way to deduct your rating even when the conditions are out of your control. 4. Unnecessary parties where the employees are forced to treat the entire office on their birthdays, work anniversaries, and other special occasions even when they can't afford to do it. Would not recommend anyone to join this company.

Good working culture and learning environment. Opportunity to grow in a better way. Product is quite interesting, it can go miles.

Salary - In CTC ,the variable part is too high, this must be improved.

Dislikes

1) Work-life balance 3 out of 5 working days can be hard to maintain. 2) The variable salary paycuts can sometime be questionable. 3) The working hours are not good. 4) Minimum 9.5 hours.... Actual Working Hours more than 10 hours and some people also work more than 12-13 hours a day.
