... no paid leaves they are mentioned in contract but it is only for on paper only.Also there are lots of issue related to Salary ,they will not pay you full salary payment will be accordingly hours time if Pinnacle is giving national holiday then they will cut our salary because our payments are according to working hours if hours will not complete then indirectly national holidays are considered as holiday.

The managers don't know anything about recruitment. They deduct salary without any reason. They are running a shop. It is not a company in any sense. They don't have any policies. Never ever try to apply for a job with them.
