Its a very good company for freshers. Freshers can grow professionally and financially. Equipped with good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Doesn't value experience of employee. Work distribution is based on qualification and skills while salary were given based on designation. Your designation doesn't describe your job description. For example an employee with 1 year experience can work as project manager if posses the skill set with a team of employees having 5-8 years experience but will get salary as junior resource. Sometimes its quite hard to get work life balance. Company's promotional policy is really demotivating. Yearly salary increment is less than the inflation rate.

The exit policy is worse. They take your private things like new salary slip, future company offer letter, it's like they force their employees to give such things. Entry is easy to pinnacle but not exit. I have served 9years still they are not providing my legitimate claims. Even bonus and other things they deprive of which is supposed to be your own hard earned money.

It's like a beautifully decorated Pan shop of a street's corner. All rules are imposed against employee to fine on salary which is also sometimes against govt rules. You have to extra work without overtime pay. Gratuity is deducted from gross salary which they don't pay in full and final settlement. Most of managers misbehave with female employee. It's bad misbehave. Which cannot be said here. Females have no respect here. It is mandatory for hostelers to eat dirty canteen's filthy food. On being a graduate my salary was even less than what a 10th pass sweeper earns in West Bengal as per Minimum wages act.

...ool, gym, playground etc Apartment and dormitory available. Good infrastructure. Salary on time. 2days of weekend. Fun fridays.

Dislikes

Salary is low compared to market standards. Canteen food is not good. Long working hours. No sick leave available.

While the company’s culture and projects are highly engaging, I feel that the compensation could be more competitive, and there could be more opportunities financial growth and recognition. Additionally some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.
