While the company’s culture and projects are highly engaging, I feel that the compensation could be more competitive, and there could be more opportunities financial growth and recognition. Additionally some internal processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.

Likes

Its a very good company for freshers. Freshers can grow professionally and financially. Equipped with good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Doesn't value experience of employee. Work distribution is based on qualification and skills while salary were given based on designation. Your designation doesn't describe your job description. For example an employee with 1 year experience can work as project manager if posses the skill set with a team of employees having 5-8 years experience but will get salary as junior resource. Sometimes its quite hard to get work life balance. Company's promotional policy is really demotivating. Yearly salary increment is less than the inflation rate.

The exit policy is worse. They take your private things like new salary slip, future company offer letter, it's like they force their employees to give such things. Entry is easy to pinnacle but not exit. I have served 9years still they are not providing my legitimate claims. Even bonus and other things they deprive of which is supposed to be your own hard earned money.

1. On-Job Training 2. Client Engagement at early career 3. Freshers are being recruited from colleges 4. Detail knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing connection can be known.

Dislikes

...hose you end up with nothing but as a draftsman for engineers and contractors. Finally if you are looking for a career with no vision but some healthy pay and after 35-40 age you don't want job security you can go there and stay there. Rather option Pinnacle for 3-5 years and move to some different companies otherwise it will be very hard to move after that.

Youll get to learn a lot from this company. The salary structure is good from the April 2022. Good place for freshers to start if in interested in BIM domain.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic. Don't join unless in need of money. Better to be a place where you get good work environment and salary too. Line managers are too narrow minded as most they believe subordinate don't have a life after office and behave like shit many a times.
