No work culture, you’re not going to learn anything. You’ll never get salary on time. If salary is fixed then they going pay you 1/3 off Salary and rest amount will be deducted base on your performance, this reason they use to put forward to the employee.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
