Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The Company is latest technology Injection molding manufacturing high quality product auto parts and washing machine , refrigerator and has global client base company is IATF 16949 certificate co i get to all operations activity of plant

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow the travel is very long home to company 150 km daily drawing i have to work 10 - 12 hours
