Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Very good company and provided in time salary to all 250+employees in lockdown as well in last 2 yrs and never reduced anyone salaries in lockdown as well Good management No tracking of non performer and they are taking salaries without doing any billing

I have very bad experience with pinaki, I will not prefer anyone to join this Company, There is no HR Team no coordination and after the lockdown they just give me work for 15 days, and after that they didn't provide any information for rejoining the company. There is no professionalism kind of atmosphere in the company and they don't value their employees.

Everything is worst.
