They are very selfish. Don't pay during the training. After giving you the offer letter they can fire you anytime without giving any remuneration. Please don't join this organisation. They are fake. I joined here in April then they fired me and I didn't get a single penny from here. The hr and manager behave rudely. After firing they just block your no. so that you couldn't connect them. This is totally a waste of time. I am saying this from my personal experience. I don't want somebody's time, efforts and energy to be wasted.

Worst company ever. They don't pay salary to their employees. I have started my career with pin click. I am still regretting the day I joined. When I asked for my salary and fnf settlement my manager blocked me. When I tried to connect with the company ceo he ignored my mails and calls and never replied me back. They destroy the young citizens career this company should be sealed.

...day, Sometimes we also have to work on Sunday. No appreciation. No team outings. During the interview, They mentioned that my salary would be increased to 40k after 6 months, but I've been receiving the same pay for the last 10 months. I'm sure that even if they conduct an appraisal in October, my salary won't be raised to 40k. No Certifications. The company is offering outings to the sales team, neglecting other departments. They seem to think that only the sales team keeps the company running, but every department plays a crucial role in the company's success.

I have been working in Pinclick more than 1 year. It's a really great journey. I have been grown multi-Fold both professionally and personally here. Company's work basics built on the basics of team work and respect. In one word i would say that Pinclick is the place where you can learn a deep knowledge of real estate and place you grow.
