...ion some one gets very earlier and someone not gets after many years of working. Salary structure is very poor

Company work culture is so good. Supporting senior and colleges. The tranning and program is excellent it helps to increase employee skills.

If I talk about salary of old employee who join pidilite in hin earlier they not archive good salary amount.

Felt is very much for working with good experience senior team members. Always prioritize to learn new things for the logistics operation.

... the very cheap level for the new joiners in logistics level. According to me. I also from that list who has never get more salary hike.

...also its a very secure job which is almost equally secure like a government job. Also salary of the part-time as well full-time/permanent employees is also satisfying. I would like to again work as a pidilite employee and give my best again by working more hard than before. I will suggest if someone is being hired by Pidilite Industries ltd. should must join and enjoy their work.

There are no negative thoughts in my mind about this worldwide famous company , because it gives people a good environment. If you will work hard and complete your targets you are gonna be very happy.

Low salaries for lateral recruits, very bad training programs, no appreciation for job done, use of abusive language prevalent in office, regional discrimination very much prevalent, typical lala company
