Although company is good, but in my case the division I was working that was completely new vertical and unnecessary pressure were created by upper managers. Especially in new vertical no manager comes in market to feel the pulse. Only pressuring with illogical target. No empathy towards employee. All the new manager who were appointment for this new vertical still struggling and looking for suitable opportunities, they ll also leave once getting a better chance. Even not any existing employee want to move in this new vertical, because the kinda response from market and manager reluctant nature toward the issue. Also some managers demean you in publicly. 8-10 Sales officers from across region in same vertical asked to submit paper forcefully because of illogical target setting & not delivering. I came after leaving a good MNC organization with consistent performer in hope of career growth. But my CV got impacted because I have to leave in a year span.

Company with proven financial performance and strong market presence. Best for the people who has no real ambitions or are not that aggregated for their career and just wanna spend time and clock 8 and hours and go home.

...se they are in someone’s favourite list and people who take credit of others. 3. Company with history of paying variable payout of your salary component - ~65 to 70% of that variable component 4. Company will delay increment letters and release after a considerable amount of time say 3 to 4 months across different functions. My guess is this is being followed to retain employees since any employee leaving organisation would need increment letter and that way they hold employee and window of opportunity for employees is lost since in india major openings will be seen between Apr to Jul. 5. Notice period increased from 2 to 3 months. 6. Lack of leadership quality in most of the leads that work in finance function. 7. Most of the people that work in the company work on a reactive approach and doest’t seem really wanna make a difference. They are just killing the time. 8. Decision making is very slow. You will keep on making notes but action won’t take place. Most of the people who came to leadership roles often leave since they find it difficult to get into such a work culture and often look for a way out.

Work culture is very good, fair & transparent. Policies are completely well layed out. Good learning & ample opportunities within the organization

Slow on implementation. Conservative organization. Pay is not aggressive

Compensation benefits and insurance securities to employee are not as per industry standards.

...also its a very secure job which is almost equally secure like a government job. Also salary of the part-time as well full-time/permanent employees is also satisfying. I would like to again work as a pidilite employee and give my best again by working more hard than before. I will suggest if someone is being hired by Pidilite Industries ltd. should must join and enjoy their work.

Dislikes

There are no negative thoughts in my mind about this worldwide famous company , because it gives people a good environment. If you will work hard and complete your targets you are gonna be very happy.
