Bosses Always look for their Increase in Salary & Position Not Worries about Sub-ordinates , how to Support them etc.But I Managed Somehow because of my Techno-Commercial Skills for almost 11 + Years. Being an Engineer not much Importance in the Company But for Ordinary Graduates & Boss Praisers more Importance given.

Transportation free and on food subsidy is there for employees and company tours and for learning gurukul is there for our skill development Staff was very friendly

Bonus they will show in the pay slip only you'll not get anything except salary from this company

Overall company HR policy is good. Salary and other benefits will get intime.

Some employees and Managers are behaving very bad. They will not support to newly joined employees. They are feeling like this company is our own. We are paying salaries to employees in our own pocket.

...Company does not care about the employees. They are just mere servants for them. If you are joining in mid of the business cycle, forget about leaves, variable pay, increment. In the 1st year they do not provide a single leave to you.

Overall working culture is awesome, You can grow by your post in Every two years if you are passing their exam & clearing interview

They are not giving any bonus in diwali festival. Company giving 600 Rs as a diwali's sweet. You can't give or recieve any gift from distributer & from colleague.
