In other company minimum 10 paid leaves are there. 9) No any professional growth.. Gives 2 marks to new joiners... 10) Company main income is from new employee bond

1) This company is not an IT company, SO It's my humble Request To the Tester And developer please do not apply here in this company. And do not waste your time here. I got Call From HR dept for Testing profile but after selection they made me to do Calling job. 2) When I asked for documents after leaving the job they asked me 75000 Rupees. And mailed that exit process and document will be received.

Excellent place to work as far as work culture and appraisal is concerned.

Dislikes

Disparities in the salary of people working on same position and grade. Equality in remuneration based on grades and position is must.
