The colleagues are good in nature.

...ns of various personnel from different department ti be done by the ENGINEERS. Also salary is very less for trainees. Company's policies are discriminatory for trainees compared to Permanent employees. Trainees salary payments are always delayed. 80% of Trainee Vacancies hired though different contractors and you will know this only after get hired while you have no option other than to join the company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Thera is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is abond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not givien to new joiners.
