Need Advice!
This is my first job. I am a Trainee in my current organisation and I have been working for them since 2022. I've got an offer from different companies with 25% hike and on roll position with Good Post. So I requested my HR team for a buyout. HR refusing to take compensation and even refusing to reply on mail. Now My manager and HR are blaming themselves for approving my resignation. What should I do?

Environment for doing work is very good . Teammates very cheer up for newly joined persons

Dislikes

For Trainee Engineers salary is not good also trainee period for diploma engineer is to long. There is no on job training for diploma trainee.
