Nothing to like about. worst

There is nothing to like about Physics Wallah. They never pay on time and only give partial payments. I received payment on 9th November and now on 20th January, I only received half of the amount owed. This company is the worst, even though they claim to be a unicorn company. They have failed to pay freelancers. I strongly recommend against joining this company.

...ales and marketing.than definitely will be sales pressures. Same applies to PW. Salary on time. Nothing good to write here

Dislikes

No work life balance. You have to work atleast 11-12 hrs daily. Company provide 2 leave per month. But you able to compensate it. There is no timing and schedule for marketing team. You might need to come on the field by 8 AM and I'll get free by evening by 8 PM

...ent is very friendly here, all members work as a team and cooperate each other. Salary always received without any delay and for motivation there is award and recognition in every month.

As of now, I didn't find any thing here which i don't like and thinking it will remains same in the future also.

This organisation is not working properly and has many loop holes. It only promotes senior's family people to join. Like the director he has brought his girlfriend and 2 brothers in PW. Many more examples.

... stress like a time bomb and keeps giving threat to over work or else will fire. They hire freshers and fires them later telling your salary is too high so no appraisal

Salary is good no delay in salary . Specially if you are joining as a Finance / Accounts associate basically you will be working as a cashier no stress nothing Good for those who looking for job having no skills or college life students

Worst work culture Please change the manager of kolkata The New Town Branch Head is really worst and rude dont have minimum ethics or politeness how to behave or to communicate with someone ... you will not be able to learn new skills ... apart from cashier if you are joining in sales / Marketing you have to work really very hard dont know about the academic things
