Good Salary package, On time salary.

No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects

Worst company. Don't join to this company. Initially they give more salry to join. If you don't have any projects, they will ask you to resign the job immediately.

Only salary is little bit satisfied

Dislikes

This is the worst company. This is Hire and Fire company. If they want to remove any employee, they will not give time to search for another job. They will tell one day before and next day fire. Decisions on employee job will be taken by managers who don't have any technical knowledge. From morning to night 11 continuosly work. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL. Don't look at good reviews . Look at bad reviews. Because these reviews are given by people who suffered here.

On-time salary.

Dislikes

Company policies are the worst. Job security is not there. If you work in a client place, you are very vulnerable as you will be thrown out as soon the client project ends without any notice. Many reviews given here and on glassdoor are company-created reviews. I don't know how the 3.6 ratings went to 4.2 with the same policies. When you are on the bench, no salary. HR will ask you to apply for leaves

I had an Interview(round -2) few days back. Yesterday the coordinating HR called 3 times, I was in a meeting so he texted "Waiting for your call, Profile is Shortlisted and Congratulations". I called back, he explained about the organization and asked abouts current CTC and expectations. Upon hearing he told you are quoting low, I will try to improve this figure. A little after I called back and he said the offer been sent to UK for approval upon completion I will share you the LOI then I will connect you to the HR head for salary breakdown and other details. I'm not being able to get what is happening as no email been sent from them officially regarding the selection also he haven't asked for any current salary proof.
