This is the worst company I have ever worked with, in my 10 years of career. They treat employees very badly. Even though there are managers, there is no proper project management. Company force employees to work on continuous weekends. Sometimes send unprofessional emails to force employees to work overtime. Not recommended.

*Poor I strongly recommended the people to not join this company. *It's ok for HR and Finance and Admin related peoples and not for Core IT professionals. *They won't care about employees health, life, money management and balance, they only care about the over productions. *Many of the useless TL/Managers/PMs are there, they screw the team members to secure their job and hide that they are not a good leaders and not suitable for the positions. *Many Female employees are worst, they use the male persons effort and work to manage to show that they working hardly, even the Leads also not taking care of that. *No proper culture and alignment like other MNCs and not peaceful workspace. ****Finally Saying That This Company Not A Employee Favored Company For Even 0%******

...n the trap easily. Even in probation period, you need to serve 3 month's notice. No Bench policy, HR will fire immediately without notice/pay. HR, Project Manager doesn't respond to your mail, chat for any Query or for Onboarding to project. Employees need to be in the ODC for 8.50 hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP. Employee should maintain 6 productive hours otherwise you will get mail to apply for LOP if you fail to provide proper justification. No Shift allowance/CAB even you work in night shifts. Micromanagement with Pro hance tool No Work-life Balance, Worst company policies & culture, No Job Security. Company has implemented the policies primarily to create pressure or stress for the employees.

No Job security - they relieved me on the same day without prior intimation they could have intimate me one month before, Short term projects, Long working hours - ends up in late nights , we needs to work a lot after onsite calls which would happen on evenings, Work pressure more in almost all client projects
