In RnD people are very friendly, kind and cooperative. My manager was really kind and professional. Any ideas from any stage in RnD are well appreciated and they always encourage everyone for active participation. Moreover, you'll get the opportunity to work with a lot of talented scientists who will help you to learn different skills and shape your professional career. They literally encourage everyone to be creative and innovative and give opportunity to implement your ideas. Everyone treats everyone equally and respectfully, no matter what your position in the organization.

Dislikes

It is quite tricky to get a balance in your work and life there. Experience with appraisal can be quite average. Also when comes to getting a promotion you might feel like it's quite of a slow progress based on the effort you put or progress you've done in your work. Moreover a common problem is lack of dedicated HR department in the company. So getting your documents out on right time is quite of a work and might be frustrating. It takes really long time to get things done.

The company is really good i liked work with them and the HR is very nice and supportive.

Dislikes

There is only one thing i didn’t like i feel the manager doesn’t understand teamwork and leaves no stone unturned to humiliate the staff

Nothing to like,I suggest do not join this as no timming, arrogant behaviour from management and.I joined here here from gurgaon bt management fired me because of no fund.I recommend not join as it's fake...

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.
