In RnD people are very friendly, kind and cooperative. My manager was really kind and professional. Any ideas from any stage in RnD are well appreciated and they always encourage everyone for active participation. Dislikes

It is quite tricky to get a balance in your work and life there. Experience with appraisal can be quite average. Also when comes to getting a promotion you might feel like it's quite of a slow progress based on the effort you put or progress you've done in your work. Moreover a common problem is lack of dedicated HR department in the company. So getting your documents out on right time is quite of a work and might be frustrating. It takes really long time to get things done....Read More
