I have been witnessing the significant growth of company in last 3 years. It has doble and triple folded in the last couple of years and seeing Owner's vision and passion I'm sure it will reach to the new heights.

...with flexible hours so that I could handle both - my child as well as my work. - I didn't face any financial crisis during my leave duration as the salary was always paid on time. It's a bliss to work under such management with so helpful colleagues.

Working at phonon communications was a rewarding experience because of company focus on innovations and teamwork. The management encouraged employees to share the idea and take ownership of their work, which made me feel valued. The supportive team culture and exposure to technologies helped me enhance my skills and grow both personally and professional. Additionally, the project were challenging and exciting, which kept the work engaging. It's place where you can learn a lot if you are proactive and open to new experience.

While my experience at phonon communications was largely positive, there were few challenges. At times, the workload could become overwhelming during tight deadlines, which made maintaining a work life balance difficulty. Additionally clearer communications about long term goal and processes would have been helpful in aligning team efforts more effectively. That said, these challenges also provided opportunity to grow and adapt, which i appreciated in hindsight

What I love about Phonon? In the past one year, I have seen the org bring in so many opportunities for our growth, the product is growing everyday, the tech we are working on is brilliant, I have not seen anything like this in the IVR systems I have worked in different orgs before. Plus, the added benefit of having people you can rely on, especially the CEO and my immediate manager, speaks a lot about the culture of the company.

Work can be a bit hectic, but then again it is the same everywhere. No major cons that stop me from working here so far.
