No market assesment. No Proper Training. Unskilled managers. Unreal Targets. These Guys have no Knowledge about the market , they will just assign you an area and ask you to achieve the target at any cost. The manager i worked with in bhubaneswar was terrible ,that guy can not even Pronounce a single English word properly he has got no skills ,cant even communicate with the people and he would always make excuses if any customer wants to meet him regarding any problem. he will always take credits of all the work done by you. no work life balance once you leave your home at 9 in the morning , you can not expect to return home by 10 in evening. the mananager will keep calling you 15 to 25 times a day

...d work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . Company Policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow . on the job training is not given to new joiners.

The lunch is provided. The half yearly outings were good earlier.

Dislikes

Cab costs 1500 deduction from salary, you won't grow or learn anything useful but it's a window dressing that they do is what they like to show. Too much of favouritism and biasness. Career Path Projects are a trap. Affairs inside the office and terrible moulding of bau of their people making exceptional cases. All manipulation and show off in LGBTQ community though giving none importance to mental health and even physical be it even pregnancy. Birthday leave, marriage leave, mourning leaves etc are not there anymore.

The guide lines of company are very clear and honest for everyone and I enjoyed the work in the starting days

After few months it's getting taste like bitter, too much of targets and pressure and salary hikes, management changed there whole working system with some mass selling

Words may be left but ... As a company it's a very well & organised but in east circle it's totally worthless.. If you are belongs from specific community then it's ok if not then it's a great problem What is your performance it's doesn't matters if can buttering your manager & RSM then you are ok, ZERO solution from manager & RSM level but Resignation threats you can get continuously All though it's all about URBANA Jurisdiction; in Rural it's totally different culture,
