I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

You can get terminated anytime without any information or notices because this is proprietorship company and not following any rules. Even you can’t take your own decisions regarding procedures and developments. Even you can’t procure single drel without owner permission, if you required any drill or any requirements you need to answer why you need it ?? If you explain then you have to wait for 15days. Even you can’t take a single paper printouts without permission.
