Bad work environment & culture.Trainer are not supporting& mngmt is very worst.Trainer also don't know how to trained a candidate.There is no cafeteria. I don't like anything of this company.

"Phoenix Soft. Soln." One of the most worst company in bbsr.They take money from candidate for training but don't give proper training, there trainer also don't know how to trained a candidate.They want only money,nothing else. All idiot staffs are here.

Scam : - company opens a job for fresher . after you applied for the job she ask for a interview . after interview they will said to give money and take a internship , which is arround 6500 . its a scam . they dont give job or anything . they need only money.

Scam:- Company open a job for fresher . after you applied for the job one girl (pooja)will call you and ask for the interview. after interview they will said for giving money for the paid internship . so dont go for the this . they dont gives us job . they think all peoples are foolish .

They are probably running a scam,in which they ask to visit the office for a Job interview and try to harass us asking money for providing training. I have personally called them twice to confirm is it is a job vacancy for freshers,they confirmed it twice and I went in such pandemic and returned. Government should look into such scams.

Beware guys. It's not a 100% job. They provide training for which they charge money with no placement guaranty.

In the name of job they actually provide training without any job placement. If you want to learn something, may be you can try but don't think it is anything less than a scam.
