Likes

As an inspection engineer, the job allows you to travel around the country. The work is done mostly independently which provides a sense of responsibility. Even if employees work remotely, the data and processing of works are organized.

Dislikes

There are no promotion/appraisal to speak of. While there is a basic fixed salary, the total Salary is dependent on the claim the employee makes after a month's work, Which may take months to get approved depending on the company's circumstances. In some cases, they don't pay the full claim.

...absurd. The company is a fraud, it steals employees' bonuses by acting as a TPI. It doesn't pay FNF. No leaves. No humane consideration. Basically, a sunken ship ready to ruin careers.

One best this which I like about my company is the way the care about their employees. Generally companies think about just their project and customer requirements but here they think more about the life and working environment of their employees, they talked to respect authority for any problem and cordinate for betterment of person. And as an engineer I'm learning alot in my field and about different projects.
